Artist's Comments
Today was very busy and I didn't have time to add in Jimmy's freckles. But an idea struck me. You see, some people think Mmy had acne, some think he had freckles.
[I thought he had both.] But since some think he only had acne, I figured..hey, since I haven't added the freckles yet, I should upload both versions. So here you are with V1 -acne only. In a day or two I will upload V2 with the acne and freckles both. Now then, onto the picture. This is an oil painting 20x24 [brushes not airbrushed] It is of Mmy from JTHM's issue 7. This painting was done based on a character from a black and white- fictional comic book. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out though.  They were based on these panels: [link] [link] Critique on the artwork is fine, but rude remarks about the character alone will be hidden. I love the guy, if you don't that's fine, I'm not trying to force you to like him. Artwork by me Based on the comic character Mmy who belongs to JV Everyone sees these characters in their own way, this is my own take on Mmy. |
